Connected Arena is a mobile application that is precisely tailored to the needs of arena and sports facility operators, professional sports clubs and fans. The Connected Arena offers visitors to sporting events the “Perfect Trip”, among other things. With this app the event starts for the fan long before the first athlete enters the field. The technological basis is always a sensor infrastructure in the arena or in the stadium. Beacons, VLC, NFC or RFID sensors enable the necessary location-based services that promise high added value for all parties involved: Push messages with relevant information at the right time, indoor navigation, asset tracking and analytics.
