The Smart Office solution was developed to enable effective space and time management in large office complexes. Smart Office helps to get the most out of the increasingly used shared desk and flexible office organization forms. Employees and visitors can use the time in buildings managed by Smart Office particularly effectively: Favendos Smart Office solution offers indoor navigation, smart conference room management and colleague finder combined in one mobile tool. The solution also offers anonymized and data protection-compliant analytics on space utilization, peak times and capacity utilization. The technology platform used is sensor diagnostic. This means that it works with beacons, radio frequency identification (RFID), ultra broadband (UWB) and visual light communication (VLC) – depending on whether and which technology is already available in the building. This keeps the installation effort as low as possible and can be carried out during operation.
As a Software Development Kit (SDK), the Smart Office solution can be integrated into any existing mobile application.
